Yesterday, my dear friend's sweet cat, Spot, passed away. Spot had been sick for a while and next month she would have been 16 years old! This clip art picture looks nothing like her but I liked it because the cat looked happy and at peace. As a pet parent I understand the love and true companionship of our four-legged friends. They are always happy to see us. They forgive us instantly of our transgressions. They only want to be in our presence. They don't care what we wear. They don't care how much money we have. They don't care if they have new sparkly jazzy collar or an old hand-me-down one. They love us unconditionally...so honestly and so truly. For Gift #21, I made a donation to the
Humane Society of Pulaski County in Spot's memory. Thank you Spot for being a wonderful companion to my wonderful friend. You will be loved and missed forever.
